The natural active ingredients include Eucalyptus Oil 38.6 mg/g, Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) fresh whole plant distillate 42.5 mg/g and Wintergreen Oil 50 mg/g.
TERPINEN-4-OL is sourced from Melaleuca alternifolia, a Tea Tree from a specific region of Northern NSW known to contain the highest concentrations.
Direction for use
Adults: Apply a small amount of Elmore Oil Heat Cream to the affected area and gently massage in until fully absorbed. Use twice daily or more frequently if required.
For the temporary relief of muscular aches and pains, including symptomatic relief of lower back pain.

Have used the Elmore Oil Cream on my arthritic fingers, massaging before bedtime and awake with no pain in finger joints. It has proven pain relief for myself Unfortunately, finding it hard to locate in SA. Definitely would continue to use if able to find where it is sold.
